About Me+

From a beginner, anxious and unsure about fitness and my way around the gym to an ISSA Certified Trainer and Nutritionist, I understand the challenges and goals that come with the journey for a better and healthier life.


My most recent round with the fitness and nutrition world began in October ‘22. I was at rock bottom after my 4th medical emergency in a single year. With a near death experience and very stern lecture from my doctors, I knew it was now or never. After the doctors left the room, I started scrolling on social media and was met with an incredibly motivational video by Joey Swoll, along with the offer for a sale on his 4-week program. It was in my (very tiny) price range and, I believed it would help jump start my new goals while I still had the motivation. The next week, I started at PF with a custom plan and a dream. I’m grateful for the 8 full weeks Joey and I had together.


Fast forward 2 month to the opening of Crunch. I knew I would be signing up with a 1-on-1 trainer even before they opened. I had the basics, but Google can’t correct form or give motivation. I met with Tim to figure out what my goals were. He was able to ease my hesitations with my health while helping me stay committed and motivated both in and out of the gym. We worked together for around 5 months and the results were tremendous! I lost 16.6lbs, dropped to 19% body fat and met both fitness goals of completing a single pull up and an unassisted hand stand. He taught me so much that I was eager to learn more.


I enrolled in ISSA’s Personal Training, Nutritionist and Online Coaching Certification Programs in May ‘23 passing the exam in August ‘23. I am completing certifications in Strength & Conditioning to better assist my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves.
